Terms & Conditions – Motorola WAVE PTX™ TLK100 2 Years Free Promotion

1. Promotion Overview

This offer entitles customers to receive two (2) additional years of subscription service free when they purchase the Motorola WAVE PTX™ TLK100 device and subscribe for a minimum of 12 months. The total subscription period will be 36 months, with customers only required to pay for the first 12 months.

This promotional offer applies to the purchase of a TLK100 device at a list price of $620 (ex GST) with a one-year base package WAVE PTX™ subscription for $420 (ex GST) ($35 per month for 12 months). As part of this offer, customers will receive an additional two years of subscription free, resulting in a total of three years of service.

2. Eligibility

• This promotion is available to business customers in Australia only.
• To qualify, customers must purchase a Motorola TLK100 device at BTW Communications regular retail price (RRP) and commit to a 12-month subscription plan.
• The offer is unavailable for existing WAVE PTX™ subscribers.

3. Offer Duration

• The promotion is valid from 18th March 2025 until 18th June 2025 or while stocks last.
• BTW Communications reserves the right to end or modify the promotion at any time without prior notice.

4. Subscription & Billing

• Customers must pay for the first 12 months upfront or as per agreed billing terms to be eligible for the additional two years free.
• After the 36-month period, standard Motorola WAVE PTX™ subscription rates will apply unless cancelled or renewed.

5. Device & Service Activation

• To qualify for this promotion, the Motorola TLK100 device must be activated within 30 days of purchase.
• Service coverage is provided through Telstra’s network, and network availability may vary by location.
• Add-on features are not included in the promotion and may incur additional costs.

6. Non-Transferability & No Cash Value

• This offer cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
• The free two-year subscription is only valid for the device and account originally purchased.

7. Cancellation Policy

• If the subscription is cancelled within the first 12 months, the customer will forfeit the free two years of service.
• Early termination fees may apply if cancellation occurs before the minimum commitment period.

8. Liability & Warranty

• Standard Motorola warranty terms apply to the TLK100 device.
• BTW Communications is not responsible for service disruptions caused by external factors, including but not limited to network outages, device malfunctions, or force majeure events.
